These draperies could go either on a decorative rod or basic curtain rod under a top treatment and would uncover the window glass when pulled to the side.  Offers the widest range of options for privacy, room brightening/darkening, and energy efficiency.

As it sounds, these draperies frame a window without covering the glass.  Purely decorative and an economical choice, requiring only 1 or 1-½ widths of fabric for each panel
